Saving and Printing PDFs of Submitted Forms

Once you submit a form it is always available to you as a PDF.

To open the form as a PDF:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to the section with the form you wish to save.
  3. Click on the name of the submitted form. This will either open it as a PDF in a new browser window/tab or ask you to save/open the file, depending on your browser.
  4. Open the PDF with the lastest version of Adobe Reader or Acrobat, or open it in your browser. You can also save it to your computer.

Once you have opened/saved the PDF you can review and print it.
