Applicant Not Listed

If you follow a link in the request email, and the applicant's name does not appear automatically, the applicant has cancelled the request. Contact the applicant if you believe this was a mistake.

If you login to your account where you previously started a recommendation and the applicant's name is not listed, try following the unique link for the applicant from the email request again. If this still does not work, you have logged into the wrong account. Please login to the correct account with the different email address you used previously for this applicant.
