Financial Aid Procedures

When filling out the Candidate Profile, parents should check “yes” to indicate your intention to apply for financial aid.

  2. Click on the prompt to begin your Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS).

  3. You will be given a password that will allow you to save and return to your PFS.

  4. Click submit to send your completed PFS to SSS.

  5. You will be given instructions about submitting required backup documents by mail.

  6. Mail the required backup documents to:

Note: Applying for financial aid online will expedite the delivery of your information.



In addition to completing the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS), individual Gateway member schools may also request that international families complete a separate international student financial aid form. Please consult the individual Gateway member schools for further information regarding the financial aid application process for international families.


  1. If you need a paper Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS), please call the financial aid office at one of the Gateway member schools and request a paper PFS.

  2. Complete the PFS and return it with all required backup documents to the address listed above for SSS by NAIS.
