Username Change

Question:

How do I change my username?

Answer:

To change your username:

  1. Log in to Gateway.
  2. Click "Account" at the top right of the page.
  3. Enter your new username in the 'Email' field. The new username will need to be a valid email address.
  4. Enter your current password in the 'Current Password' field.
  5. Click 'Update' to save the new username.

NOTE: The new username must still be a valid email address.
