Login Difficulties

Are you having difficulty logging in to your account? If so, follow these guidelines:

  • Have you created an account? If not, you must first create an account. Once you create an account, you can sign in.
  • When you try and logon, does it say "Invalid email or password"? If so, you may not have created an account. Follow the steps above to create an account. If you have created an account, the password you entered is incorrect. Use the "Forgot Password" link to have a password reset sent to your email address.
  • When you try and reset your password, does it say "Email not found"? If so, you have not created an account or the email you entered is not the one you registered. To create an account, follow the steps above.
  • Be sure you check your spam folder as your email provider may place the note from our system in your spam folder.
  • Be sure you add info@applywithus.com to your email contacts before sending a password reset request.
