Recommender is not receiving the request

I have sent a recommendation request to my recommender but they have not received it. What should I do?


Please check that you have the correct email address. If correct, please have them check their Spam folder.

Make sure the recommender is not blocking email from as spam. They should add the email address to their contact list.

Once you are sure they are not blocking, you may wish to resend the request by pressing the resend icon, which looks like two arrows forming a circle.

If the recommendation request is still not received, please ask the recommender for a different email address (perhaps from gmail, yahoo or hotmail) or send the request to your own email address and then forward the request to the recommender.
