I forwarded the recommendation request to someone else and now it doesn't work.

Recommendation request links are one time use only. If the person who you forwarded the request to added it to their account, you will be unable to do so. To resolve this issue, please contact the person who you forwarded the request email to and have them follow these steps to cancel the recommendation:

  • Sign in to their recommender account
  • Click on the small gear shaped icon next to the recommendation
  • Navigate to the "Cancel" tab
  • Click "Cancel"

This will cancel the recommendation. Once this is done, please have the applicant send you a new recommendation request.
