Submission Discrepancy

Thank you for your note.

Your Checklist shows the current and correct status of each of your forms. If you go to your Checklist and click on the name of an institution it will expand the Checklist to show you more details.

If you click on the name of a form that is marked as Submitted/Downloaded it will display the date you submitted it/the date the school accessed it.

Please contact the school directly with these dates to clear up any discrepancy. If the school has any questions please have them contact us.
